1.after almost 8 months for using, The max charge i've seen it have is 77% and would not go further
despite charging it.

1.would you please try to update your BIOS version and the Management Version to check ?
2..Please make sure you've used an original adapter to charge our battery.
Also please don't disconnect the battery in charging process. Generally, it will take 12-24 hours to get your battery fully charge.
if not ,please take the laptop to the local repair store to check if the motherboard going wrong ? or then find another replacement battery to check ;
