I have had my Toshiba Laptop for about 2 years. I had the hard disc replaced a while back, and I have windows 7. Lately, the computer won't work unless its plugged in. It has the symbol that its charging... but it won't go above 0% and if I unplug it, it automatically shuts off. I've tried restarting the computer, and taking out the battery and putting it back in (while it's shut off) Whats wrong with my laptop?
