Customer:Firstly the physical structure of it is slightly off as the battery is
somewhat twisted or bent so it does not perfectly fit into my laptop.
Secondly, The max charge i've seen it have is 77% and would not go further
despite charging it.
The battery is unable to be detected by the laptop after a while.

2..would you please try to update your BIOS version and the Management Version to check ?
Also please don't disconnect the battery in charging process. Generally,
it will take 12-24 hours to get your battery fully charge.
