question:i pulled the battery off and disconnected the ac for a while. after that i plugged in the ac and put the battery in the slot and the charging indicator turned white ....so i booted into diagnosis test and the test showed everything was okay ......then i booted into windows 8.1 and the battery said it was 100% charged ....i unpulled the ac cord ,laptop turns off without any warning,what is going on?
answer: please find another adapter to check ,if the second adapter working with the same issue, it may be the battery problem ; cool the battery for one day and turn off the laptop for one day; plug in the battery and open the laptop with original adapter to charge a whole night to check ,if showing the same wrong ,please replace the battery :
