SONY VGP-BPS33 3-cell 3760mAh (43Wh)batteries for SVT14, SVT15, SVT141290X, SVT15115CXS battery installed ,but laptop shuts off when charger removed, old battery works ok but only lasts 10 mins, please choose to purchase a replacement battery to extend the laptop life;

Question:

Answer:
1.please check if the battery fully charged?

Please make sure you've used an original adapter to charge our battery.

Also please don't disconnect the battery in charging process. Generally, it will take 12-24 hours to get your battery fully charge.

2.would you please check the BIOS settings for the battery part,if no problem exist,please go to repair store to check the laptop motherboard is working fine or not ;

3,after troubleshooting the laptop itself problem ,please find another replacement battery to use ;

DELL 245RR 9-cell 8000mAh (91Wh) laptop batteries for DELL Precision M3800,,DELL XPS 15 9530,this battery is somewhat twisted or bent so it does not perfectly fit into my laptop and The battery is unable to be detected by the laptop after a while.

LENOVO L13M4P02 laptop batteries lamp flashing Red and not loads,we have to connect to the power supply to open the laptop,otherwise the machine turn off rapidly ; please advise;

1.check whether the battery contacts the laptop properly. Improper contact makes it impossible to charge the battery even if the communication data of the battery is readable. In this case, try to unplug and plug the battery for more times. If you hear a clatter after inserting the battery into the laptop, it is generally regarded as proper contact.

After dismantling HP SQU-1208 3-cell laptop batteries,The Toshiba laptop will boot only if you reset and then F2 + Power on presses.Otherwise, the notebook goes to (keyboard lights up) but remains the Screen black.
