Lenovo ThinkPad X250 Ultrabook battery,the optional secondary battery charges upto 87% and then its not charging at all;

Lenovo ThinkPad X250 Ultrabook  consists of an integrated 24 Wh battery as well as an optional secondary battery (24, 48 or 72 Wh) at the back of the device. The advantage of this solution: The additional battery can be removed or replaced in operation and the user does not have to turn the notebook off;

someday,the icon on the task-bar shows  battery charges up to 87% and then its not charging at all;please advise?
Battery life (and recharge times) will vary based on many factors including screen brightness, applications, features, power management, battery conditioning and other customer preferences.please try to fine a replacement battery to change to extend your laptop battery life;

DELL Alienware 18 notebook battery issue: The battery cannot be identified ,The system will be unable to charge this battery.

Alienware 18 laptop gives me the highest-intensity gaming experience possible along with a massive full HD screen.Yesterday it gave the next error message:
Warrning: The battery cannot be identified.
The system will be unable to charge this battery.
After running the diagnostics, the laptop works just with AC adapter and it doesn't charge the battery.
The setup (battery info) shows: Battery not installed. so i want to find An additional battery pack which  provides extended power to work and play without worries ;
